Katherine,

There has been the odd report from the South Coast on Birdguides but I would expect sightings to become more regular this far north in the next two to four weeks

If I was a Swallow I don't think I would be to keen to come to Britain this week with the Artic wind blowing everything back to Africa

Only Wheatears, Chiffchaff and Sand Martins seem to have just arrived

Just picked my son up from Hockey -0.5 Degrees out there - really not Swallow weather at the moment!
