Do hen harriers take the chicks of golden plover, snipe, curlew, redshank and dotterel as well as grouse?

Is it permissible to ask such a question on a birding website?

The issue will certainly come up if, as expected, the issue goes to parliamentary debate.

Can anyone clarify?
