I’ve just spent a RELAXING week in Spain (no dashing about) staying with excellent hosts Trevor and Karen. Trevor is a cheerful birdwatcher who is captivated by all the wonderful birds, plants and animals that can be seen in this rustic part of Spain. Karen is a fantastic chef who has cooked paella for local village fiestas (quite an honour for a Brit!)
