A mute swan was ripped apart by a dog whose owner thought it ok to let it run through a field with 100 swans in it. Video of attack - http://youtu.be/id6b-ER1-G8 Please take time to view the petition at the link below, to be presented to local councils and those charged with protecting wildlife and nature reserves in my county.
