While driving to Leeds and Bradford Airport in the very early hours of Thursday [12th July] I spotted a Fox crossing the main road going through Horsforth and going down someones driveway, it looked a bit ragged. On the way back spotted a GSW on the A659.

Although I'm not keen on driving at night, because I know this route like the back of my hand I was willing to do it [ for a friend] and really enjoyed the drive. I left home at 0200 and picked my pal up then dropped them off at airport but when I left I couldn't find a way out without paying so had to cough up £2  I was only there five mins! I left at 0345 and arrived home at 0510. Both going and coming back the ratio of vehicles was about 95% HGVs and 5% cars, so any holidays I take in future the travelling will be done in the early hours, certainly far less hassle and very little traffic.

Kind regards

John
