Some of you will be aware that in 2001 the Lincolnshire Bird Club intended to publish a County Bird Atlas and offered a pre-publication offer to its members. The Lincolnshire Bird Club Atlas was never published, and at the last AGM it was agreed that cheques would be returned to all members. Cheques to all members who took up the offer were sent out this week. Since becoming chairman of the Lincolnshire Bird Club in 2010, I have been fully committed to publishing an LBC Annual Report. I am also committed to publishing a back log of historical reports, including: • SoBiL 1995-2000 (due March/April 2012), • Rare and Scarce Report 2003-07. (Publishing date TBC) • The LBC County Bird Atlas.
