Hi LBC
Having originally been a member in the dim, distant, early days of LBC I decided it would be a good idea to join again.
I am a life-long 'birdwatcher' with a strong interest in all wildlife but a particular interest in birdsongs and calls. You can find lots of birds with your ears.
I use a bike a lot locally - gets you to spots a car can't reach!
In addition to using photography (still have some 'slide film' to use up!) I am also an artist.
My abiding passion however is wildlife sound recording. This has recently come in handy in connection with Lincolnshire bird records - authenticating, with a recording, a singing Wood Warbler in May 2010 - see bird report- and earlier this year another 'goody' at Baston Fen. (yet to be seen mentioned in club records)
Most observing done in Britain with some trips - mainly recording of course - to France and Germany.
