Hello all.
I am retired and live in Fulbeck where I moved to from Derbyshire nearly three years ago. My career background is mainly Biomedical Science but I have spent a number of years as a part-time instructor in adventure training activities. I have been interested in bird watching and all things natural since I was very young but only since retiring have I had enough time to really develop my interests. I have also been involved in photography since an early age, mainly landscape, and have only this year upgraded my equipment to enable me to contemplate photographing birds etc. So I have a small backlog of images I will be uploading to the LBC Album when I get my password, appologies in advance if these are not up to the very high standards set by members of LBC.
Most of my watching and photography is done at Marston Bird Scrape which is only 12 minutes down the road for me so I manage to visit it 2 or three times a week. I also regularly visit Boutham Mere and occasionally Frampton Marsh, I haqve yet to visit many of the other sites.
I hope to start posting my observations, thoughts and questions soon.
Regards
David Morison

Welcome David.

Here, you'll find lots of other men and women with similar intrests. You'll probably also find some other things on here as well!
